They are supplied completely pre-assembled and ready to be slotted into their housing. The special structure in the steel plate provides a highly efficient yield of adjustment with a stroke of 1 cm both when pushing and pulling.

The efficiency of the adjustment is guaranteed even with door straighteners up to 280 mm shorter than the total span of the door.

The Concealed / Invisible straightener is suitable for a door leaf of max 3420 mm.

FAQ

Q: Does the door straightener need pre-assembly before installing to the door panel?

A: No, the door straighteners are all pre-assembled in the shop, what you need to do before installation is to cut the groove to the door panel, and slide the door straightener into the door and adjust the warping of the door panel.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: There is no MOQ for the stock items.

Q: What about the lead time?

A: For the stock items, we can arrange the next day shipping, but for the customized items, the lead time will be about 12 days. If a new mould is needed, the moulding lead time will be 7 to 10 days depended on the shape of the profiles.

Q: Do you supply cabinet / wardrobe door panels?

A: No, our main business is to supply aluminum products and related accessories for DIY or on site fabrication, We do not produce the cabinet door / wardrobe door. We can give recommendation to our customer to purchase their own door panel if the customer need the information.

Q. Can I find a door straightener without making a groove to my existing door panel?

Yes, you can choose our model DS1301, it can be just installed to the door panel without making a groove. But we strongly suggest making a groove for the door straightener for a better door stiffening.
