When you recieve the picture box, firstly turn it around, slid out the base frame. Push down the end stopper at the end of the sliding tracks, and completely remove the picture frame from the base frame. Then mark the position of the base frame around the electric meter box on the wall, make sure the base frame is horizontal. Using the electric drill to drill holes and fix the base frame to the wall with screws and expansion plugs. Slide the picture frame back to the base frame via the sliding tracks.
