Q. What kind of pre-fabrication job you will offer to the customers?

A: Normally the aluminum profiles for the picture frames are in 3m, but we can offer all the pre-fabrication job for the customers for precise cutting, punching, milling, machining, bending, Logo cutting and packed under special requirement to give value-added service to the customers.

Q. What other customization services you can offer to the customers.

A: Apart from the pre-fabrication services, we also offer innovation design and sampling services, die sinking, certifying and test service, special package and express delivery services, after-sales service.

Q. What is main application of the mirror frame profiles

A: Our mirror frame profiles are widely used in making mirror in hotel, apartment, multi-family, beauty salons, barbershops, gym, health center, fitting room, home decorations, etc.

Q. What is the anodizing thickness of the picture frame profiles?

A: Normally the anodizing thickness of the mirror frame profiles is 10um, but we can make special anodizing for thickness over 15 um under customer’s requested.

Q. What color do you make for powder coating finished?

A: We can do any color for powder coat as long as you can provide the color sample. Or we can work on the powder coat base on the RAL code you want.
