To assmeble a class picture frame is quite simple:
1. Check if all the accessories are complete, a classic picture frame should include corner pieces and shims 4 each, springs (QTY depending on the szie of the picture frame) and hangers.
2. Corner pieces need to place on the top, while shims need to be at the bottom.
3. The 4 side aluminum bars need to be cut precisely at 45 degree.
4. Join the aluminmum bars with the corner pieces and shims.
5. Make sure the joint are in 90 degree.and fix the joint with screws.
6. Cut the plexiglass/acylic and MDF backboiard accoridng to the picture size, and have them ready with the picture.
7. Insert the plexiglass/acrylic, picture and backboard into the picture frame.
8. Fix the hangers to the aluminum frame top bar with screws.
9. Fix the two corners of the aluminum frame top bar with the other bars with screws as step 4 and 5.
10. Insert the springs to the 4 aluminum side bars to fix the backboard.
